Charlotte Cusano, CNM

Charlotte was born and raised in the New Haven area and always knew she wanted a career helping women. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University in 2013, graduating magna cum laude.  After spending a few years working on the Labor & Birth floor at Yale, first as the unit secretary while in nursing school and then as a Registered Nurse, she was inspired to become a nurse midwife!  In 2017, Charlotte graduated from Yale University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in nurse midwifery and women’s health.  She is board certified as both a nurse midwife and a women’s health nurse practitioner, providing both obstetric and gynecologic care. She originally joined the Greater New Haven team in 2016. Her special interests include pregnancy, breastfeeding, and adolescent gynecology.
