Ashley Luchini, CNM

Ashley was eager to join the Greater New Haven OB/GYN family after graduating with her Master’s degree in Nurse-Midwifery and Women’s Health from Georgetown University in August 2024.

Prior to midwifery school, Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Fairfield University in 2020. She was a member of the University’s Honors Program, as well as Sigma Theta Tau International and Alpha Mu Gamma National Foreign Language Honors Society (Spanish). She worked as a Labor and Delivery/High-Risk Obstetrical nurse and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse at Yale-New Haven Hospital before transitioning to travel nursing in 2022.

As a travel nurse she spent time in Hawaii and Boston, and during her final Integration semester at Georgetown, she was able to rejoin some of her travel nurse colleagues at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.

Ashley is a compassionate and empathetic provider who takes pride in forming deep connections with her patients and their families, while respecting their autonomy and birth wishes. When she isn’t celebrating birthdays in the hospital or caring for patients in the office, she loves traveling, snowboarding, playing tennis, and running as well as spending time with her family!
